All have a share in the beauty,
All have a part in the plan;
What does it matter what duty
Falls to the lot of man?
Someone must blend the plaster,
And someone must carry the stone;
Neither the child nor the teacher
Nor the leader can do it alone.
Helping the child succeed
Or building a house for a king,
Only by working together have men
Ever accomplished anything.
